Order Management

Can we order less than 54 cases?

When utilizing allocation, you must order at least 54 cases.

Is the inventory on the site accurate?

Yes, site availability is directly tied to warehouse inventory levels for each product.

What is the shortest delivery timeframe for product orders?

Please allow a minimum of 8 business days from your order date for delivery.

How can I place an order for an item not featured on TeamZone?

Please contact your Team Sports Manager (TSM) about the potential to have specialized products ordered.

Can I specify a specific date within seven business calendar days?

You may specify any requested delivery date as long as you allow at least a 8-business-day lead time from date of order.

Can I order for future deliveries?

You may place orders in the system for future deliveries up to 3 weeks out (the 8-business-day lead time is still applicable).

How do I know if my order has shipped?

When your order ships you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.

How can I view order history?

You can view your order history online by logging into your account and clicking on "orders" from the navigation.

If a product is out-of-stock on the website, how long will it take to replenish?

Replenishment is variable based on product availability, but we will make every effort to be back in stock as quickly as possible. Once the item is back in stock it will appear available for purchase on the website. Please contact your Team Sports Manager (TSM) with any specific timing questions.

What if I did not receive a product that I ordered?

Please contact your Team Sports Manager (TSM) and they can assist with next steps.

How can I track my order?

After logging in, please click on the orders link in the top navigation. Once you have found your order, you will see a tracking number for your order with live tracking information.

Who do I contact if I want to check to see if my order was received?

You should have received an email confirmation indicating your order has been received. For additional information contact your Team Sports Manager (TSM).

I received a product I did not order. How do I go about returning this item?

Please contact your Team Sports Manager (TSM) and they can assist with next steps.

How will product be delivered?

The majority of shipments will be delivered with a "less than truck load" carrier. If special requests are needed (e.g. lift gate, special equipment), please add these to the "special instructions" section of the shipping address on your account page. If you have any further questions, please contact your Team Sports Manager (TSM).

What happens if we have extra product/allocation dollars at end of season?

Allocation dollars will not be carried over to the next season.

Can more than one person in my organization use the new TeamZone site?

You may set up anyone in your organization to place orders. However, everyone will be using the same allocation for product.

My order is late, how do I find out where my order is?

If you have not received a shipment email with tracking number, please contact your Team Sports Manager (TSM). You can also refer to the orders tab on the site. Once you have found your order, you will see a tracking number for your order with live tracking information.

My favorite product is no longer available on this site. Can I still place an order?

In order to increase customer service and speed of order delivery, we have streamlined the product assortment on the new TeamZone site. We will constantly reassess the products available, so please contact your Team Sports Manager (TSM) if you have any suggestions.

Did you increase product prices on the new site?

Product prices on TeamZone have been consistent for many years. After evaluating our TeamZone product assortment we did increase prices on a limited number of products.

Shipment Tracking

Can we get product shipped to game hotels?

Product may be shipped to hotels if the shipping location is already set up in your profile AND all of the following apply:
a) Allow 8 business days for delivery once order is placed.
b) You order a minimum of 54 cases. If either one of these criteria is not met, then you must contact your Team Sports Manager (TSM) for assistance.
